Most companies and organizations have been impacted by major economic changes over the past year. As a learning leader, this environment requires you to run your function as a business with discipline and rigor. But how do you know what optimum or best practice looks like?
Learning Objectives:
• Assess the performance of your learning organization using a diagnostic toolset
• Determine specific areas for improvement and create action plans to address gaps
• Apply measurement mapping to drive linkage between business and learning and performance
This engaging workshop will walk you through an evaluation and planning process that will help you benchmark your learning organization’s performance against industry best practices. You will receive a diagnostic toolset that synthesizes industry research and best practices into an easy-to-use evaluation framework, as well as tools and resources to build concrete plans for improvement. You’ll come away with guidelines for continuing the analysis back at the office, and a strategic blueprint that you can rapidly apply on the job.
