Case Study: Instructor Led Training
The Challenge
An Intrepid client based on the West Coast requested that Intrepid build a 40 hour instructor led training program to be taught to 800 employees.
The Solution
Intrepid training experts analyzed the issue trying to be solved and concluded that the best training solution was a simple Job Aid the 800 employees could have at their work stations rather than a 40 hour course.
The Results
The Job Aid was much less costly to develop and required no additional delivery costs saving the client thousands of dollars. More importantly, the company saved 32,000 hours (~$3.2 million) in potentially lost productivity. Intrepid provides real value to its clients.
