Case Study: Compliance
The Challenge
Early in 2003, complex technical issues grounded military planes at an Air Force Base. Airplane service personnel needed to be certified to be able to perform the required repairs needed to get the planes flying. A technical certification course was not available.
The Solution
Intrepid views training as a “service business” and within hours had assembled a highly qualified team and developed a strategy to design, develop, and deliver a training program within days. Intrepid instructional designers partnered with subject matter experts to extract the right information in the highly technical area. Intrepid’s commitment to meeting customer needs was demonstrated by our instructional designers working at the subject matter expert’s home over the weekend.
The Results
Within a few days Intrepid Instructional Designers had designed and developed a certification course, the course was taught, and the military planes flying. The training program included:
